1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScriptingLab.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Service Description

ScriptingLab.ai is an AI-powered content intelligence platform designed for Instagram Reels. The Service provides the following capabilities:

  • Scraping and analyzing publicly available Instagram content and metrics
  • AI-powered performance analysis and competitor insights
  • Generating content scripts, hooks, captions, and filming directions
  • Content planning and scheduling recommendations
  • Trend identification and content gap analysis

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions - The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and annual billing options.
  • Free Trial - New accounts may receive a free trial period. Trial terms are specified during signup.
  • Auto-Renewal - Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payment - You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all subscription fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • No Refunds for Used Credits - We do not provide refunds for any credits, scrapes, analyses, or generated content that has already been consumed during the billing period.
  • Cancellation - You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Price Changes - We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access private or non-public social media content
  • Harass, stalk, or harm individuals using data obtained through the Service
  • Resell or redistribute scraped data outside of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

Your Generated Content - Any scripts, hooks, captions, content plans, and other materials generated by the AI through your use of the Service belong to you. You are free to use, modify, and publish this content as you see fit.

Our Platform - The Service itself, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by ScriptingLab.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Scraped data will be complete, accurate, or up to date
  • AI-generated content will achieve any specific results or performance
  • Third-party platforms will not change their policies or data availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptingLab.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
